I received a letter from the company telling me that my landlord had made arrangements for us to receive free satellite TV. I called and the person I talked to said yep, my building does have the service. then he told me there is a $50 installation fee. I told him the letter they sent said installation is free. he got somebody else on the phone and when told her where I live all of a sudden the service was not available here. She told me it was a different company even though the phone number in the letter was theirs.
