LA Fitness at 3880 Willow Road, Northbrook, Illinois.

I went to this LA Fitness today to get a membership and personal training. For the latter I met with Mike, the man who oversees the personal training department. He was nice, enthusiastic, and extremely helpful. He made me feel very welcome and motivated to pursue my journey to a healthier lifestyle.

When I walked in, there were nice people at the counter. The dressing rooms have a lot of space, a small but excellent sauna, and okay showers. The pool it's nice and big plus there is a decent size hot tub next to the pool. All the lifting equipment it's awesome because LA has a fairly large variety of free and controlled weights. They also have a good variety of cardio machines. So this LA fitness is a pretty good location to work out and either burn calories or make muscle. If you really wanna get fit though, you'll have to give up your Netflix for some time and hit this gym. This is a good place to start that.

I just joined and went twice, it's much better than x-sport, clean and good equipment^^ but they need clean locker room more often;;
